Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit the market frequently in order to gather up-to-date information and insights about customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
∎ Collect and analyze data related to AC sales, including sales figures, market share, and pricing trends.
∎ Conduct market surveys and gather information on customer preferences, demographics, and buying behavior.
∎ Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) for both the organization and competitors.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and work with the sales team to implement changes.
∎ Provide insights on target customer groups and recommend marketing strategies.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
∎ Prepare to undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the HOD or as required to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in market research, sales analysis, or a related AC or HVAC industry role.
∎ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Knowledge of AC industry trends and key players is highly desirable.
∎ Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
