Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.sc in Textile Engineering from reputed universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must deal with all the technical parameters of buyers.
∎ Develop lab dip/graphic/print/strike off / trim & accessories.
∎ Assess the risk of a fabric (Dyed and Grey.
∎ Maintain technical parameters of bulk fabric production.
∎ Capable of all kinds of testing for EU buyers (Physical/Colorfastness/wet lab/RSL).
∎ Perform fabric inspection/shade-shrinkage report/shade blanket/bulk shade trim card preparation/roll-roll color continuity card/bulk garment production.
∎ Find out & solve fabric-related problems, detected in the analysis or production stage by taking up with the supplier & arrange recovery for defective delivery.
∎ Manage the usage of all the sustainability materials like organic cotton, recycled materials, BCI cotton, sustainable MMCF, Australian cotton, Cotton made in Africa (CMiA), etc.
∎ Must have ability to face of GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RWS, Oekotex 100 & BCI sustainability audits & certificates.
∎ Assist in common solution/recovery plan for failed tests
