Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Minimum).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify & effectively implement major and key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market Development, distribution expansion & sales operation.
∎ Identify the critical/burning issues of the zone affecting sales & take remedial action/escalate wherever needed.
∎ Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of SOs, Marketing Executives & Sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business.
∎ Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.
∎ Demand generation.
∎ Design of market development activities.
∎ Make annual and quarterly plan for market development activities in alignment with DSM&SO.
∎ Take direct responsibility for- (a) Scheme design (in consultation with GM) and feedback on effectiveness of schemes. (b) Development and implementation of competition fighting strategy in consultation with DSM/GM.
∎ Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members (SO) and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Continually monitor and track zonal sales performance.
∎ Attend cross-functional meetings that will benefit the sales department
∎ Be a fitting representative and promoter of our brand and the products we deliver.
∎ Handling a team of SO (more than 12-15) responsible for the effective functioning of branches.
∎ Interacts with large customers for the product feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ At least 05 to 07 years in Electronics, Electrical and Home appliance related marketing.
∎ MS Office (MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point are mandatory), and basic networking.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
∎ Competitive attitude with a drive to succeed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Superb leadership ability.

∎ Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
