∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Email Communications, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Internet Browse Search, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales, Lubricant, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Vehicles Lubricant Oil

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find distributor for assigned area, maintain & develop relation with distributor.
∎ Recruit & train executive for assigned area.
∎ Lead, develop and monitor field force to ensure sales target achievement.
∎ Meet the target of primary and secondary sales in line with company's objective.
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and business plan.
∎ Develop action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stage of sales process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
∎ Must have working experience in dealer management.
∎ Must have working experience of monitor a sales team.
∎ Experience in Lube oil sales & marketing sector are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 06 months probation period.
