• Bachelor/Master`s Degree under any discipline. (Academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 32 years

• Minimum 3 (three) years job experience as the same position with similar reputed organization / brand in Electronics Industry.

• Should be honest and hardworking.

• Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.

• Good Command in Bengali & English.

• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;

• Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;

(EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, LED, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following position for its Retail Sales & Operation Department:

Key Responsibilities:

1. To work as a team member to administer operations of company’s own showrooms around the country.
2. Report directly to National Sales Manager-Retail Sales & Operation.
3. To supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of showrooms.
4. To execute Skill Development Training as well as Product Training for Showroom Personnel.
5. To arrange and develop the product display in each showroom for better merchandising.
6. Ready to take the challenge to fulfill the Weekly and Monthly Sales Target given by the management.
7. To perform internal audit of showroom activities.
8. To work for showroom expansions in potential areas throughout the country.
9. To prepare monthly and terminal reports of various showroom activities.
10. Should be prepared for frequent travelling in different locations of showrooms under your area.

Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place in Bangladesh.
