Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set actions plan and strategies for achieving monthly sales target
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
∎ Ensure and follow up that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
∎ Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
∎ Develop trust relationships with the portfolio clients.
∎ Lead the team of ASM/SS and review the achievement and on the job coaching as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
