∎ Strong understanding of mobile industry trends and market.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Expertise in MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve zonal smartphone sales targets.
∎ Strong monitoring and guide the distributor sales team (DSR) to ensure secondary and tertiary sales.
∎ Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure target achievement.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Track sales performance, generate reports, and optimize sales achievements.
