∎ Determine yearly sales target by preparing zonal and area sales plan.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
∎ Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The ability to work systematically and logically
∎ Ability to apply knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills
