Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Lead and manage a sales team within a specific area.
∎ Ensure SKU availability in the target outlet as per guideline.
∎ Track individual and team performance against targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Provide regular reports to the supervisor on sales performance.
∎ Closely monitor sales, channel team, and individual performance.
∎ Collect and review feedback from customers, retailers and distributors.
∎ SYMPHONY mobile Accessories is looking for a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to manage and grow accessories sales within an assigned zone. The ZSM will handle dealer and retailers appointment, achieve sales targets, and support business development activities.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
