Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline (preferably commerce).
∎ Minimum GPA 3.00 required both in SSC & HSC and CGPA 2.50 required in Honors.

∎ Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Product Demonstration (brief on product features) to key customers/ prospective clients to win business/ sales orders.
∎ Placement of shade cards to key Sub-dealers, Paint Contractors, and potential Painters whilst on customer call.
∎ Confirm Disseminating scheme communication to the target audience and value chain partners.
∎ Ensure Merchandise Company Products at Dealer and Sub-dealer counters.
∎ Involve in collection of sales proceeds' in the form of approved financial instruments from the value chain partners.
∎ Increase Sub-dealer to ensure numeric distribution of our key products in consultation with Line Supervisor at remote Upazilla and thana markets
∎ Carry out necessary organizing activities to successfully conduct all the consumer engagement activities.
∎ Develop and update stakeholder database comprising of sub-dealers, Independent developers, paint contractors and painters and provide the same to Line Supervisor for necessary action on quarterly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Context: This position requires extensive market visit with an objective to capture all available selling opportunity by interacting and engaging (i.e. Sub-dealers, Paint Contractors, potential Painters, and respective potential households) of a demarcated location.
∎ Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Preferably Gradate, Having one to two years of experience, down-to-earth, extrovert, Go-Getters, Street Smart, have the ability and courage to take challenge.
∎ Computer Literate ( MS office and Internet)
∎ Ability to work long hours (to satisfy market requirement).
∎ Strong persuading and interpersonal skills
∎ Team Player, can contribute to the team's betterment.
∎ Motor -bike driving is must.

Salary: Negotiable
