∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible to run 24X7 operation and maintenance work in (both part active and passive) telecommunication in a region.
∎ Achieving the monthly targeted revenue by performing both corrective and preventive maintenance within agreed SLA and KPI.
∎ Handling and supporting passive equipment (Diesel generator, Portable Generator, Rectifier, AC, IVS, Battery, AC and DC Power System, AVR etc.) job with deep technical knowledge.
∎ Maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, standard and quality.
∎ Communicating with customers, understanding the customer's requirement as per SOW and performing accordingly.
∎ Have experience to look after at least 500 sites.
∎ Handling a team of 50+ technical and non-technical staff
∎ Managing spare parts for fault recovery with proper documentation.
∎ Preparing daily activity report for management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Field level Operation and Maintenance in Telecommunication
∎ Sound knowledge in KPI/ SLA/ MTTR, LD Calculation.
∎ Efficient in OPEX budget and cost control.
∎ Agree to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Should have practical experience to manage operation and ensure network availability during disaster.
∎ Ability to work @ 24*7
∎ Have good communication skill both in speaking and writing.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership, personality, hardworking, smart & honest.
∎ Good reporting, presentation and communication skills.
