∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Mechanical
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, HELIOSCOPE software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Renewable Energy, solar power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Solar Power team and the Solar Projects.
∎ Conduct the site survey, design and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific solar PV project.
∎ Make the Technical, Commercial and Business Case for the Management and the customers.
∎ Draft the scope of works and estimate the respective project budget.
∎ Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project's success.
∎ Create and distribute RFPs to the potential EPC subcontractors, establish evaluation metrics, and select the EPC contractors or sub-contractors.
∎ Manage the contract negotiations, change orders and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all the subcontractors' regular works in all phases.
∎ Communicate with Govt. Power Companies like PDB, REB, DESA, DESCO, PGCB etc. and other authority having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliances.
∎ Identify the sources of likely problems & obstacles of the Project & proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks & determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
∎ Supervise & monitor the Solar Projects assuring QA and present them to the Management.
∎ Update the Projects to the Customers and ensure the project completion timely with customer Centricity.
∎ Fix SOP, SLA and KPI for the employees. Organize & motivate them to achieve the Company's Target smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, solar permitting, and other PV system regulatory codes.
∎ Good communication with Power Companies/Authorities like PDB, REB & PBS, DESA, DESCO & PGCB. Handsome knowhow on net metering system Installation & testing thru the above Power Authorities.
∎ Strong leadership & communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.
∎ Self-starter with excellent presentation skills with constant attention to details and accuracy.
∎ Self-disciplined and result-oriented.
∎ Fluent in English & in-depth knowledge on Auto-cad
∎ Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary and/or stay there for long period of time.
