∎ B.Sc Agri. Engrneer / Agriculture/ Science Background
∎ With MBA in Marketing will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Farm Machineries, Machinery Sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and setting marketing & sales plan.
∎ Manage team to meet monthly sales & revenue target.
∎ Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
∎ To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Collecting customer feedback does market research and builds a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales Visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Dealing With customers & dealers all over the country & ability to work independently.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.
∎ Other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Total 8 years' experience in sales & Marketing, including at least 5 years' experience on sales with Agricultural Machinery, like Tractor, Power Tiller, Combine Harvester, Rice Trans planter etc.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office, outlook-Internet.
∎ Experience in handling banking transaction.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should possess rational decision making ability
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills with good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to Travel frequently all over Country.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid license.
Salary: Negotiable
