  • Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 years in sales and minimum 2 years as an Area Manager/ Zone Manager/ Territory manager/any other supervisor role.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and presentation skills

  • Must be able to work as a team.

  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Candidates with previous experience in paint, hardware or reputed organizations will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the monthly & annual sales & collection targets in the assigned area.

  • Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management.

  • Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.

  • Develop new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients and end users.

  • Supervise and manage the sales team under your region & drive them to complete the territory task.

  • Train, guide, and monitor the performance of sales officers and sales representatives.
