∎ Masters/ Graduation in any discipline, Agricultural Science with honors will be preferred.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving area sales objectives.
∎ People development and implementation of marketing strategies and CRM
∎ Customer relationship management and developing market intelligence Job.
∎ Promote products and enable movement of stocks from distributors to stockists, stockists to retailers, and retailers to end users
∎ Gather information about the schemes prevalent in the market / new schemes rolled-out by peers.
∎ Build the capacity of staff and project partners; supervise, monitor, coach and provide regular backstopping.
∎ Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
∎ Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
∎ Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ To be accountable for assessments of new sales opportunities and target markets, update the information on competitor's strategy to enhance regional sales team's performance by applying new techniques to meet the targeted time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in related sector.
∎ Experience in leading/facilitating business development/market linkages/access to finance or development of business and production plans.
∎ Knowledge in cash business will be preferred.
∎ Fluent in local language and English - both spoken and written.
∎ Possess a working knowledge on agriculture sector, value chain and market development.
∎ Experience of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing will be preferred.
∎ Good analytical skills and ability to verify information.
∎ ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising etc.
∎ Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
∎ Must have knowledge on market trend and market analysis skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of product campaign & branding strategies.
∎ Ability on business documentation and analytical data presentation.
∎ Confident presentation skill to present findings and recommendations to provide market and consumer insights to senior leaders, other marketing and sales departments.
∎ Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office, such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
∎ Critical thinking ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.
∎ Problem solving ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
∎ Working knowledge with CRM programs.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
∎ Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends.
