Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সিসি টিভি ক্যামেরা মনিটরিং ও রেকর্ডিং সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
∎ ক্যামেরা বা সংশ্লিষ্ট সিস্টেমের যেকোনো সমস্যা সনাক্তকরণ এবং তা দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
∎ ক্যামেরা ও ডিভাইসের সিগনাল, ওয়াই-ফাই কানেকশন ও অন্যান্য প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যাগুলোর সমাধান করা।
∎ ক্যামেরা বা মনিটরিং সিস্টেমে কোন ধরনের ত্রুটি বা ভাঙ্গন ঘটলে তা দ্রুত রিপোর্ট করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় মেরামত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
