  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to candidates with experience in facilitation or adolescent- and youth-centered activities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven facilitation skills with experience in conducting trainings, workshops, and meetings in both in-person and virtual settings.

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and track multiple activities simultaneously.

  • This is a project-based position.

BRAC Youth Platform’s flagship programme, Amra Notun Network (ANN), is a Changemakers’ network of 1743 alumni, consisting of 280+ community action projects that aim at equipping the youth population of Bangladesh with the acquisition of value-driven learning and competencies. With a strong emphasis on empathy, identity formation, leadership, networking, human-centred design, and problem-solving, the programme empowers youth to design context-sensitive solutions to social challenges. Through ANN, BRAC Youth Platform nurtures social entrepreneurial mindsets, enabling young people to create opportunities for themselves and others while making informed decisions that advance inclusive socio-economic growth and sustainable wellbeing.

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality facilitation across the Amra Notun Network by coordinating facilitators, activating campuses, strengthening youth-led partnerships, and building facilitator capacity to ensure the effective delivery and impact of all BYP youth and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the annual operating plan by facilitating targeted Amra Notun Network (ANN) batches and graduates.

  • Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual trainings, while coordinating and managing co-facilitators for effective and impactful facilitation.

  • Implement and continuously improve pedagogical approaches and interventions to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.

  • Monitor and analyze programme performance, including quality and revenue indicators.

  • Manage digital learning platforms, oversee assessments, identify learning gaps, and collaborate with Programme teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to programme teams, co-facilitators, and partners to maintain training standards and quality execution.

  • Ensure effective programme communication, documentation, and reporting by managing official communications and capturing participant stories and learning experiences.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
