Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with different stakeholders from various departments to understand the overall business process·
∎ Attend all training arranged by the organization to learn about the business procedure·
∎ Work on the “Core Project Assignment” assigned by the supervisor and complete it within the due timeline·
∎ Complete and submit the core project assignment at the end of six months of attachment as YP·
∎ Identify gaps and areas of improvement in the designated functional areas·
∎ Complete day-to-day tasks provided by the supervisor·
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present them to the senior management·
∎ Identify new reports and analytics·
∎ Develop new ideas to digitalize processes and reduce manual workload·
∎ Work proactively to understand the organization’s policies and procedures·
∎ Conduct meetings and keep meeting minutes in the form of digital 3Ws
