∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in work visa processing or a related field.
∎ Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for Europe and Schengen countries.
∎ Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
∎ Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge and experience on work visa processing for Middle East, UAE, EU countries like poland, lithuania, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia and other countries.
∎ Visa Processing: Guide candidates through the entire visa application process, including documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
∎ Candidate Support: Provide comprehensive support to candidates, ensuring they understand the requirements and procedures for obtaining a visa.
∎ Job Postings: Assist in matching candidates with appropriate job postings based on their skills and qualifications.
∎ Embassy Coordination: Coordinate with embassies for visa appointments and other necessary procedures.
∎ Documentation: Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and complies with embassy requirements.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with candidates and clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
∎ Visa Application Review: Review visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
∎ Training & Guidance: Offer training sessions and guidance to candidates on visa interview preparation and other relevant processes.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and status updates.
∎ Compliance: Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and policies for Europe and Schengen countries to ensure compliance.
∎ Agent Coordination: Recruit and coordinate with agents who will identify and collect potential candidates for the company.
