Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting thoughtful, personal responses to customer's questions in our support system.
∎ Provide problem analysis and resolve customer issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools or escalate issues to the development team for resolution with sufficient information.
∎ Troubleshooting and fixing problems on customer's websites (WordPress)
∎ Help customers to set up our products (WordPress Plugins and Themes)
∎ Building on our community of support, knowledge, documentation, and resources to help our team serve our customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills - ( REQUIRED )
∎ A knack for taking technical language and making it understandable.
∎ A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
∎ Genuine desire to help others solve problems and succeed.
∎ High level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
