Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting thoughtful, personal responses to client questions in our support system
∎ Provide problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools or escalate issues to the development team for resolution with sufficient information.
∎ Troubleshooting and fixing problems on client websites (WordPress)
∎ Help clients to setup our products (WordPress Plugins and Themes)
∎ Building on our community of support, knowledge, documentation, and resources to help our team serve our customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous working experience on WordPress Download Manager ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ ) - Optional but POSITIVE.
∎ Patience, grace, a sense of humor, and some moderate GIF sharing abilities
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills
∎ Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
∎ A knack for taking technical language and making it understandable
∎ A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions
∎ A desire to make everything you touch better
∎ Genuine desire to help others solve problems and succeed
∎ High level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
