Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage sales team to achieve monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the Management.
∎ Be responsible to setup modern & effective sales & marketing strategy to expand existing sales volume.
∎ Take necessary measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Deploy and monitor Cooler for beverage items according to company policy.
∎ Maintain SKU based product preservation & follow up regularly, conduct health check-up of Distributors quarterly, identify weak Distributors, prepare action plan and recruit or terminate particular Distributor based on assessment.
∎ Coordinate with Distributor to ensure adequate space, hygienic environment and entrance facilities for trucks in the Warehouse.
∎ Visit to Distributor's point as per Tour plan, monitor the activities of Distributor through DigiSales, prepare target based lifting plan for every Distributor and ensure implementation of lifting plan.
∎ Follow up distributor's payment records, credit limit and encourage them in cash business and maintain separate bank account by involving company representatives.
∎ Update and preserve necessary files in Distributor's point and take necessary measures if needed.
∎ Check-up and monitor office and official documents of Distributors point while visiting DB point and report to Head office in every week on detail of Distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure FEFO method and implement product rotation on a regular basis.
∎ Follow up competitor's activities and gather market data and report to Head Office.
∎ Coordinate between sales team and supply chain in order to design trade and consumer offer.

∎ Should be computer literate.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
