Educational Requirements:
∎ You are in possession of a master's degree in Social Sciences/Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking to recruit a mid-level Project Manager to the role of Project Manager- WFP Project to support our Country Programme in Bangladesh to enable the country team to deliver their WFP project. The role will be based in Cox Bazar, Bangladesh. This role is recruited on a national contract basis.
∎ Reporting to the Humanitarian Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of WFP funded disaster risk reduction project in Ukhiya and Teknaf and carry out all emergency preparedness and response work in consultation with WFP. You will be providing regular financial monitoring of the project to ensure effective utilization of the budget and Support the MEAL team to have a robust monitoring and evaluation operational plan and ensuring of the project activates, it's implementation of monitoring activities. You will work together with the team ensure the project activities in line with the humanitarian standards and sectoral guidelines. You will regularly update the project progress and challenges to the senior management of CA and ensure timely resolving of the challenges. You will ensure appropriate coordination with all humanitarian partners as well as with national authorities (CiCs, UNOs, DC) and local structures and establishment/maintenance of appropriate sectoral coordination mechanisms, including working groups at the national and, if necessary, local level

Salary:
∎ Annual Salary: T1,860,960 Salary (full time)
