Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Ingredients: Prepare and organize all necessary ingredients, including tea leaves, fruit purees, syrups, tapioca pearls, and ice.
∎ Beverage Crafting: Create bubble tea beverages according to the customer's preferences and company recipes. This involves brewing tea, blending fruits, and adjusting sweetness and ice levels.
∎ Tapioca Pearl Cooking: Cook tapioca pearls to the right consistency, ensuring they are chewy and have the correct texture. Follow established cooking procedures and timings.
∎ Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new bubble tea flavors or variations, and provide feedback on existing menu items to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure that each bubble tea beverage meets the company's quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and consistency.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, report low stock to the supervisor or manager, and assist with inventory ordering as needed.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean bubble tea machines, blenders, and other equipment regularly to ensure they are in good working condition
