Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Execute orientation and training programs for the workers.
∎ Make workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
∎ Regular counselling of workers.
∎ Maintain various registers and logs.
∎ Organize welfare committee meetings, WPC, and Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between workers and management.
∎ To get the grievance & complaints of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.
∎ To organize & supervise labour welfare work.
∎ To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children;
∎ Collect grievance of workers & bring it to the knowledge of Mgt.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.
∎ Keep accountability of the blood donors, father-mother of the new-born baby.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activates as per Bangladesh labour Act-2006 and Amendment act -2013 & 2018 in the factory.
∎ Counselling and follow up pregnant workers.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law.
∎ Safety and first aid etc.
∎ Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
∎ Assisting in all management task.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job.
∎ Should have good typing speed both Bangla & English.
∎ Good communication skills.
