Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining worker's welfare issue;
∎ Handle worker's grievance issue;
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well;
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues;
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management;
∎ Provide orientation to new joined workers;
∎ Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc.);
∎ Organizing meetings of WPC and weekly retention meeting;
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law;
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers;
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to Admin, HR & Compliance;
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work as a team in highly pressurized environment.

Salary: Negotiable
