Mandatory Technical Requirements

· PHP, Laravel and MySQL: Practical ability to develop and maintain web applications, implement database-driven features and troubleshoot application and database issues.

· WordPress: Ability to build, customize and maintain websites, manage themes and plugins, update content and resolve common technical issues.

· Shopify: Practical ability to set up and manage stores, customize themes, manage products and collections, and configure relevant apps and store settings.

· Hostinger: Hands-on ability to manage and maintain hosted websites through hPanel, including deployment, domains and DNS, SSL certificates, databases, backups and restoration.

· Third-party API integration: Ability to integrate and troubleshoot REST APIs, payment gateways and external services, including authentication, data exchange and error handling.

· Frontend development: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to build responsive, user-friendly pages.

Optional Technical Skills

· React, Next.js and Node.js are added advantages.

Responsibilities and Context

· Develop, maintain and improve company websites and Laravel/PHP-based applications.

· Build responsive pages, campaign landing pages and new features based on business requirements.

· Manage WordPress websites and Shopify stores, including content, themes, plugins, apps and product updates.

· Manage website deployment and routine maintenance on Hostinger; maintain domains, DNS, SSL certificates, databases and backups.

· Integrate and maintain third-party APIs, payment gateways and other external services.

· Diagnose and fix bugs, broken links, website errors and hosting issues; improve speed, usability and mobile responsiveness.

· Apply basic website security practices, perform updates and verify that changes work correctly before release.

· Coordinate with marketing, design and other teams to deliver website updates and campaign requirements.

· Maintain basic technical documentation, provide progress updates and complete assigned work within agreed deadlines.
