Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Design and develop attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites using WordPress, and other relevant technologies. Design and develop dynamic and scalable web applications using Laravel framework.
∎ *Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and web applications.
∎ *Integrate various multimedia elements into the website design, including videos, images, and animations.
∎ *Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines, accessibility, and load times.
∎ *Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and correct functionality.
∎ *Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
∎ *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and developers, to ensure that the website meets business requirements.
∎ *Stay up-to-date with new web design and development technologies, trends, and best practices.
∎ *Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against hacking and other cyber-attacks.
∎ *Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed.
∎ *Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
∎ *Mentor junior developers and designers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
∎ *Keep project timelines, budgets, and goals on track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
∎ *Continuously evaluate website performance and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
∎ Participate in project meetings, presentations, and demos as required.
∎ *Any other related task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefit- Salary increase every 6 months
Housing allowance- 5000
