- Looking for individuals to work for IATA agency with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
- The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities
- Must Maintain the office time at 10am.
- Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, EMD.
- Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts and others accordingly.
- Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
- Maintain the group package, group ticket.
- Must follow the Email.
- Respond Customer phone calls and also land phone calls.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 50 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
- Good at fluent in speaking English and also writing.
