Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a Postgraduate/Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant subjects with good academic results from a reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular maintenance, update, and upload contents on organisation's websites
∎ Develop, update, and maintain major programme-specific web pages
∎ Customise design and structure of existing websites if required
∎ Install and regularly update essential plugins and optimize website page speed
∎ Design and edit visual imagery (image, infographic, and banner) for websites and web post.
∎ Regular backup of websites and database
∎ Edit event videos and produce video contents (Short A/V, promo) as per requirement
∎ Manage meetings at online platforms and live streaming of regular events on social media
∎ Regularly update and post contents on social media
∎ Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for relevant activities
∎ Increase the number of Subscribers/Followers/Visitors of the website, facebook and other social media platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Those having certificate in web-based application will be given advantages.
∎ Experience in web development, web design and in the IT field will be an added advantage for the position.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla written and communication skills.
∎ Should have hands-on experience in Content Management System (Wordpress and Plugins)
∎ Proficient in languages and databases such as PHP, HTML, XHTML, Java Script, CSS, MySQL etc
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) and other visual designing tools
∎ Good understanding of search engine optimisation principles
∎ Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
∎ Good understanding of Google search Console and Google Analytics
∎ Ability to work independently
Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
∎ A gross salary in the salary scale starting from Taka 55,000 per month will be offered to successful candidate, along with other admissible benefits. Actual compensation package will be based on assessment of the candidate`s qualifications and suitability, including experience.
