∎ Duty Station: 18 Upazilas in 3 Hill Districts
∎ Reporting to: District Technical Coordinator-Gender & Community Mobilization and Finance Specialist
∎ Preference of Candidate: To meet the organizational policy of gender balance in the team, preference will be given to equally qualified female candidates

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic computer skill
∎ At least 3 years' working experience in reputed development organizations on nutrition and livelihood development project.
∎ Experience to work with a local service provider association, micro-finance organization, Women Business Centre approach will be given preference;
∎ Experience on Community mobilization activities would be desirable.
∎ Good command in Bangla, minimum knowledge in English and proficient in local language will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated Gross Salary will be BDT 15,000 Per Month.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Travel Allowance BDT 3,000 Per Month subject to provide necessary evidence supports visited WBC and producer group.
