∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and team working skills
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Washing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Drive Innovation & newness in wash technique .
∎ 2. Develop the samples with required wash effect
∎ 3. Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ 4. Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ 5. Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for non-denim Product.
∎ 6. Washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling and development of new washes.
∎ 7. With responsibility you have to do sample development and have to understand to their management and also have to do Business develop with them and build up relation with customers/ Buyers.
∎ 8. Development and Implementation.
∎ 9. Provide day to day development work reports to Management.
∎ 10. Follow up the sample development for the Wash issue.
∎ 11. Problem Solving during Bulk Production.
∎ 12. Cost Analysis.
∎ 13. Develop New Technique to get best product in Minimum Price.
∎ 14. Co-ordinate with Quality and Merchandising Team.
∎ 15. Can do full handover to Bulk wash team.
∎ 16. Can handle work load in timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
