• Age At least 28 years

• Strong knowledge of sweater washing chemicals and their practical applications.
• In-depth knowledge of different sweater yarn types, fiber compositions, and fiber behavior during washing.
• Expertise in developing product-specific washing recipes (e.g., softener, special washes, etc.).
• Experience in sweater washing production, quality control, and lab testing procedures.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and test methods (e.g., Colorfastness, Dimensional Stability, Rubbing, APEO, pH Value, Formaldehyde, Chlorinated Phenols, Quinoline, etc.).

• Coordinate activities between the Washing Unit, Factory, and Merchandising Team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

• Oversee technical and production aspects of sweater washing to meet quality and buyer standards.

• Translate buyer requirements into production and development processes, ensuring accurate replication.

• Maintain comprehensive technical reports for the wash unit, with emphasis on sustainability and traceability compliance.
