Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline preferably in Textile, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering with good washing experience also will eligible to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of developing new washes independently following recent / future global fashion trends.
∎ Sound knowledge about Fabric, Prints and Embroideries on Washes.
∎ Having Wash Costing knowledge and Consumptions of Chemicals.
∎ Establish, monitor and follow-up Critical Path / Time & Action Plan Management to ensure timely
∎ Shipment.
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
∎ Good judgment and decision-making ability.
∎ Support team to reach common goals.
∎ Capability to manage foreign buyers independently.
∎ Communication skill: Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Knowledge on computer (MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail).
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Handle other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
∎ Experience preferred in Denim Washing & over Dyeing.
