Educational Requirements:
∎ To be successful in this position, the candidate must have at least a four-year undergraduate degree in Environmental science/ Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) related subject or any relevant subject from a recognized university. Master's degree with WASH/ Solid waste management related specialization from the reputed university is added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

∎ Contract Status: 31 December 2021.
∎ Further information: This role is a national position and requires applicants to have the right to work in the country where this position is based.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in implementation of WASH/ SWM project is required. Good understanding of the Rohingya context on the reforestation/ afforestation/ natural based solution/ ecosystem-based adaptation activities, and factors that determines the success of project. Working experience in the Rohingya camps will be an advantage. Ability to deal with stress and occasional long working hours. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities owing to contextual reality. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective working relations with team-members and relevant stakeholders. Ability to take proactive initiatives where appropriate to deal with challenges that are relevant to the role. Proficient user of MS office word, excel, and power point and have knowledge of statistical analysis using MS office excel/ SPSS. Should have knowledge on humanitarian principals and attitude to work in Refugee Camps.

Salary:
∎ BDT 1,477,717.00 gross per annum
