Educational Requirements:
∎ Any graduate or Civil engineering degree from government-recognized organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Manage field level activities of WASH and Energy with the guidelines of WASH Coordinator
∎ Strengthen relationships with Community Based Volunteer and partner organizations for successful implementation of WASH-related activities
∎ Coordinate the implementation of the project's infrastructure related activities
∎ Provide overall follow up and supervision of the engineering works related to the project
∎ Conduct baseline assessment and action plan development for pipeline water distribution, fecal sludge treatment and repair and maintenance
∎ Conduct field visit regularly for monitoring activities
∎ Provide mentoring support to Community Based Volunteer for strengthen volunteer networking
∎ Coordinate with Bangladesh government, UN organizations, and other relevant organization at the field level
∎ Work with local partners to distribute improved cook stoves and solar lights
∎ Support WASH Coordinator to organize local level workshops, trainings, meetings, and group works to sensitize formal and informal community leaders, mahjis, Imams, etc.
∎ Facilitate local awareness raising events like courtyard sessions, group meetings, fairs, and exhibitions
∎ Support higher management in decision-making and future planning.
∎ Partner Support:
∎ Assist logistics management to ensure timely delivery to partner organizations
∎ Assist training arrangements of responsible GH-CPI staff with partner organizations
∎ Operations and Administration:
∎ Attend and participate in coordination meetings, staff meetings, and trainings as necessary
∎ Assist WASH Coordinator-Energy and WASH in preparation of relevant reports
∎ Assist in preparing the final report of WASH project outcomes to guide future programming
∎ Assist to prepare Monthly field level Inventory report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-5 years' experiences inclusively on WASH related projects
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience on any Humanitarian Response Program
∎ Good presentation skills, writing, and analytical skills
∎ Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
∎ Willingness to work in a remote rural area with challenging living conditions
∎ Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
