Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job requirement is to work in shift in warehouse of RM & FG. The person has to handle incoming, storage of RM & FG and dispatches to customer, efficiently on time.
∎ Plan and supervise incoming RM unloading & storage
∎ Ensure quantity & quality (physical) verification of incoming material and taking note/record of deviations; thereon
∎ Issue of RM to production as per the issue voucher/slip
∎ Should be well versed with SAP system and its transaction
∎ Ensure compliances to periodic financial/non-financial audit requirements
∎ Ensuring HSE/ISO compliances and storing the material in safe way to prevent damages
∎ Maintaining MHE in safe working condition
∎ Ensuring 5S & FIFO in the warehouses
∎ Planning of timely dispatches to customer in safe condition in right quantity & quality
∎ Coordinating with transporters for FG dispatches in lowest possible cost
∎ MIS preparation
∎ Transaction entries in SAP
∎ Cross functional audit
∎ Taking periodic stock of material in warehouse and matching as per system stock
∎ timely issue of material against vouchers/issue slips to production
∎ AMS / dispatch section for timely loading of FG
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills, English is a plus
∎ Knowledge of IT support would be an added advantage
