Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in compliance Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely follow up and monitor the development of Social Compliance, Security and Environment in factories.
∎ Conduct audit of different certification audits
∎ Collect and keep ready all documents as per buyer requirement before audit day.
∎ Prepare the CAP against buyer's audit report with the help of Business unit HR team and send that CAP to the auditors and buyers and doing continuous follow up, encourage factories Management to complete the CAP.
∎ To follow up Maternity monthly return documents and sends to Government authority for approval.
∎ Liaison and relationship with govt. and other external stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and conduct all type of activities regarding on PC Election smoothly.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Monitor and check compliance & Welfare officer daily report.
∎ Co-ordinate and Submit compliance & Welfare weekly check report as per requirement of Management.
∎ Work with Top and mid management to meet buyer requirement before any buyer audit conduct.
∎ To conduct counseling along with abuse & Harassment workers/Staff where necessary.
∎ Monitor unit counseling to staff /workers regarding production problem.
∎ Work with fire safety department for any kind of fire safety related issues.
∎ Work with administrative department any kinds of Health & Safety issues.
∎ Over all take prompt initiatives to rectify any housekeeping issues.
∎ Monitor Alliance/Accord Refresher Training, C-TPAT training, Environment health & Safety training and others all social training.
∎ Develop Compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Follow up & monitor audit reports as per CAP and encourage factories Management to complete the CAP.
∎ To follow up training calendar as per internal purpose.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ The applicant should have knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Negotiation and Convince Skill
∎ Impeccable Business Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Social Audit, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
