Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy volunteer to join NCDW. The volunteer`s responsibilities include completing tasks assigned by the supervisor, upholding the organization`s values, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders.
∎ Volunteer should demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills, should be diligent, meticulous, and take pride in his/her work.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to document program activities and share (as required) through electronic, print and social media.
∎ Organize events as per requirement of the project
∎ Support project manager to develop networking with different platforms and actors related to gender based violence.
∎ Support project manager to design campaign.
∎ Support development of IEC and BCC materials
∎ Understanding your and responsibilities as well as the rules, policies of the organization.
∎ Completing all duties assigned by the supervisor and reporting any issues immediately.
∎ Observing the rules and safety regulations of the organization while carrying out tasks.
∎ Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
∎ Responsible to organize the group member to arrange the meeting, trainings and motivate women group members to build their capacity as women leaders will be engaged with the project throughout the project duration. S/he will provide supports to other project employees for project implementation.
∎ Reporting: S/he will directly report to the Project Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Volunteer Expertise:
∎ Completed Graduate or Post Graduate in journalism, social science and development studies.
∎ Completion of relevant training might be required.
∎ A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
∎ A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
∎ Respect, diligence, and diversity.
∎ Good time management.
∎ A personable manner.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
