Job Context:
∎ Expo Group Bangladesh is a diversified conglomerate with its focus in International Freight Forwarding, Air Line GSA, Aviation, Express Courier Service, Travel & Tourism, Information Technology, Project Management etc. The Group consists of different business units including joint ventures, franchisees and independent business operations.
∎ This position is for one of our sister concerns "Wings Classic Tours & Travels Ltd." affiliated with Classic Travels Company Colombo dealing with tourism business in Bangladesh. Our offices located in Banani and Chattogram. Currently Management from Dhaka and Colombo plans to go for a rapid expansion of its operations here in Bangladesh which requires number of dynamic individuals for multiple openings with the following criterion.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly;
∎ Provide information as required by clients (i.e. checklist, Form, cover letter format);
∎ Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct;
∎ Prepare files and submit accordingly, check required documents are in order;
∎ Take visa appointment when required in advance;
∎ Ensure & update country & category wise visa info, inform clients, maintain visa register on regular basis;
∎ Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability use GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
∎ Knowledge about Air Line Ticketing.
∎ Knowledge on Inbound & Outbound tourism.
