Responsibilities & Context:
- Verify the eligibility criteria and requirements for various visa categories
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa application, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain meticulous record of visa applications, correspondence, and relevant documents
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all visa applications, correspondence, and client interactions
- Prepare reports on application status and progress
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and visa processing procedures
- Prepare clients for visa interviews with mock sessions
