Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver full-cycle counseling and support to each client from inquiry to visa approval.
Receive, review, and process visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Assess applicant eligibility and verify the authenticity and validity of supporting documents.
Prepare and submit visa applications for multiple countries including the UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, and Japan.
Provide face-to-face consultation and guidance to clients regarding visa procedures and requirements.
Assist clients in accurately filling out visa application forms.
Prepare cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting documentation as required.
Address and resolve issues such as visa delays, rejections, or requests for additional documents.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and application statuses.
