- Prepare, verify, and organize required documents for clients.
- Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and timelines.
- Fill up online visa application forms and schedule appointments.
- Communicate with embassies, visa centers, and clients professionally.
- Track application status and update clients regularly.
- Maintain client files and ensure all information is accurate and confidential.
