Position: Visa Processing Executive & Reservation Officer (Visa Processing / Package Tour)
Vacancy: 10
Location: Joydul Manor, 159 New Elephant Road (Lift-03), Dhaka-1205
Application Deadline: 15 May 2025
Salary: Tk. 10,000 – 25,000 (Monthly)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (6 days a week)
Job Responsibilities
Process visa applications for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
Handle GDS (Galileo) system for ticket reservations.
Manage tour package sales and provide clients with full travel information.
Communicate professionally with clients over phone and in person to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare visa documents, fill forms, maintain records, and support clients throughout the visa process.
Create and promote tour packages through content writing, Phone call & online marketing.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Experience: At least 1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Age: 25 – 40 years (minimum 18 years may apply)
Experience in Travel Agency / Tour Operation preferred
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva/basic graphics)
Excellent communication & presentation skills in Bangla and English
Must be well-mannered, energetic, and customer-oriented
Residence near Dhanmondi/Green Road/ Hatirphool, area will be an added advantage
