• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator
• General knowledge of English will get priority.
• Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Basic Graphics Design/Canva).
• Very Good manner of Speech.
• Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work alone or in a team.
• Must be very keen to learn about new things.
• Must have Knowledge on Tour Packages & Air Tickets.
• Content Writing, Email Marketing, Online Marketing skills will be highly appreciated.
• Residence close to our office location will be an advantage. 

Visa processing executive and Reservation Officer (Visa processing /Package Tour)

Job Location: Joydul Menor, 159 New Elephant Road, ( Lift -03) Dhaka 1205

Office Hour: (10.00 am – 7:30 pm) 6 days.

Responsibilities & Context:

• For Visa Department Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia fast world Country visa processing (who apply for visa)
• For Package Tour Department full knowledge on package tour sales Excellent at dealing with clients over the phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
• Listen and understand customer queries and provide quick support on the required topic.
• Speak with clients to answer any queries regarding visa requirements.
• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
