∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and embassy officials.
∎ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document review and application completion.
∎ Knowledge of immigration laws and visa procedures for different countries.
∎ Organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
∎ Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and resolve visa application issues.
∎ Basic knowledge about Airport, Airlines, IATA Codes, GSA and GDS (Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Basic knowledge about Airport, Airlines, IATA Codes, GSA and GDS(Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo)
∎ Consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and visa requirements.
∎ Gathering all necessary documentation from clients, including passports, travel itineraries, financial statements, and supporting documents.
∎ Providing guidance on visa application forms and procedures.
∎ Answering client queries and addressing concerns regarding the visa process.
∎ Basic knowledge about Airport, Airlines, IATA Codes, GSA and GDS
∎ (Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo)
∎ Consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and visa requirements.
