ticketing and visa, Tourist visa processing, Travel Agency, Travels and tourism, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa application and passport receive from clients.
∎ Check and verify visa applications and required documents.
∎ Forward new visa applications with passports and collect completed applications from the embassy.
∎ Answer visa applicants' queries.
∎ Inform applicants of any issues with the visa application.
∎ Maintain liaison with the embassy to stay up-to-date about any new instructions or processes.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports.
∎ Receiving phone calls from applicants and providing necessary information to them.
∎ Maintain manual document register.
∎ Manage and maintain third-party service providers for other services.
∎ Maintain record information in departmental systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Smart, Team player, and organized.
