∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and visa application portals. Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple files efficiently and working under deadlines.
∎ Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and precise in handling customer documents.
∎ Communicate with clients via phone, in person, or through social media to assist with visa-related queries.
∎ Collect all necessary documents from customers.
∎ Prepare and arrange additional required documents (cover letter, hotel booking, itinerary, insurance, etc.)
∎ Complete the full visa application file and ensure accuracy.
∎ Explain the processed file to the customer before submission.
∎ Submit visa files when required and maintain communication with embassy officials.
∎ Manage multiple files efficiently.
∎ Work with various country-specific visa processes.
∎ Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided for any official outdoor work.
