Our company is engaged in providing visa consultancy and international travel support services.
The Visa Expert will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing, client consultation, and documentation for multiple countries.
The role requires strong knowledge of embassy procedures, documentation standards, and client handling.
📋 Job Responsibilities
✈️ 1. Visa Processing & Documentation
Handle complete visa application process (tourist, business, etc.)
Prepare and review visa documents (bank statement, NOC, invitation, cover letter, etc.)
Ensure all documents meet embassy requirements
🏛️ 2. Stay updated with embassy rules and visa policy changes
👤 3. Client Handling & Consultation
Provide accurate visa guidance to clients
Understand client profile and suggest best visa options
Maintain professional communication
📞 4. Follow-up & Case Management
Track application status
Follow up with clients and authorities
Handle rejection cases and re-application strategy
📊 5. Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure error-free documentation
Maintain confidentiality of client data
Avoid any misrepresentation
🌍 6. Country Knowledge (Highly Important)
Experience with visa processing for countries like:
UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, USA, China, etc.
Knowledge of SOP, cover letter writing is a plus
🎯 What We Are Looking For (Optional but powerful)
Previous experience in visa processing/travel agency
Strong communication skills (English + Bangla)
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office & documentation
