Our company is a growing travel and visa consultancy agency, providing international tour packages, visa processing, and air ticketing services.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, handling client queries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
This is a target-based role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
📋 Job Responsibilities
✈️ 1. Tour Package Sales
Promote and sell international & domestic tour packages
Customize packages based on client needs (budget, duration, destination)
Provide detailed travel information and quotations
🛂 2. Visa Sales & Service
Explain visa process and requirements to clients
Convert visa inquiries into confirmed service deals
Coordinate with visa processing team
📞 3. Client Communication & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound & outbound calls, Facebook/WhatsApp inquiries
Follow up with potential clients
Convert leads into sales
📊 4. Sales Target & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily sales report and client database
Work with team to improve conversion rate
🤝 5. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience
Build long-term client relationships
Handle complaints professionally
